The Quote I'm Still Thinking About

“I'll never know, and neither will you, of the life you don't choose. We'll only know that whatever that sister life was, it was important and beautiful and not ours. It was the ghost ship that didn't carry us. There's nothing to do but salute it from the shore.” --Cheryl Strayed, Tiny Beautiful Things

What are you reading?

  1. Cheryl Strayed is one of my favorite writers, so I'll be sure to put this one on my list. You might just love Terry Tempest Williams. Her words, Red especially, touch me deeply. I'm intrigued by the rest of your list too!
And that photo - the composition and perspective - gorgeous.

  2. Allie, thanks for visiting my blog. I have heard wonderful things about Terry Tempest Williams. Thank you for the recommendation for Red; I will add it to my list!
